When a Monstie's element changes, their body color changes while out in the field but nowhere else.

  • Nintendo Switch
  • Steam

This game does not include the feature to change a Monstie's element.

We are aware of a bug that causes Monstie color and appearance issues when out in the field and in Kinship Skill animations. This occurs when the attack power of another element is greater than the Monstie's original element. This bug can be seen when Monsties are at a low level, but as they level up and their original element value increases, the bug will no longer occur.

We will implement a fix that focuses only on the color change bug in a later update.

The following message appears when accessing multiplayer functions: "Corrupt data has been found. You cannot accept this quest."

  • Nintendo Switch
  • Steam

Some players have encountered a bug that will cause the above message to appear during local and online play. We are currently investigating the cause of this bug.

The amount of funds does not increase if the total amount reaches 10,000,000 or more zenny after selling trade-in items via "Sell Trade-in Items."

  • Nintendo Switch
  • Steam

This bug occurs when selling trade-in items. If the items you are trying to sell would cause your total funds to reach 10,000,000 or more zenny, your funds will not increase, and the items you sell will disappear from your inventory.

We have identified the cause of this issue, and we will provide a fix via the next patch or later. Details such as the release date of the fix will be available on this website in the future.

Note: The maximum amount of funds this game supports is 9,999,999 zenny. To avoid encountering the issue before the fix is implemented, we recommend making sure that your funds will not reach 10,000,000 or more zenny when selling trade-in items.

[Added on September 30]
This bug has been fixed and the game should be functioning normally.

Note: You are now able to reach the maximum amount of funds when selling trade-in items. Trade-in items that would be sold for zenny that exceeds the maximum amount of funds will now remain in your inventory. However, please be aware that when selling the same trade-in items at once, they will all disappear from your inventory if they would sell for zenny that exceeds the maximum limit of 9,999,999.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We ask for your patience until the update is available to download.
